Read the Bible

The Bible is God’s Word and one of the best ways to discover who He is, understand His plan for your life, and grow in your faith. If you’re not sure where to start, begin with five minutes a day in the Gospel of John. Don’t worry about reading lots of chapters, take your time, ask God to speak to you, and think about what you’ve read. You can also download the YouVersion Bible App, which is completely free and includes different Bible translations, reading plans, daily devotions and many other helpful resources.

Pray

Prayer is simply talking with God. There’s no special formula and no need to use complicated words. You can talk to God about your day, your worries, your hopes, your questions, everything. God loves you, He hears you, and He wants you to know Him. Why not start each day by taking a few minutes to talk with Him?
